Getting ready to take action

Helping your child through challenges is not easy.  But there are things you can do, and we'll help.

Before we start, we encourage you to be patientpersistent, and hopeful.

Here's what we will do:Image of a checklist

  • Show you how to track your child's development

  • Tell you how to get screenings (tests) to see if they have a problem

  • Describe common conditions that children may have, and what kind of help you can get from them

  • Tell you how you can connect with 3 important systems: medical, educational, and government benefits
