What You Can Do

 Here's what you can do: 

  • This can be very confusing! Ask your IEP team about anything you want to understand! (Your child's assessment scores, what courses they will take, what supports they need, etc.)

  • Remember, you always want to push for the most learning that your child can do. If your IEP team suggests this route, but you think your child can do the regular Jumpstart pathway, you can push for that.

  • Ask about supports like Act 833 and Accommodations for classroom learning and testing.
