Once you've set the process in motion, your child will be scheduled for an evaluation or pupil appraisal.
You should not have to pay anything for this!
What is the pupil appraisal?
- It's a set of assessments (tests) done by a special education specialist at your school.
- It helps the school learn more about your child's needs. Then they can decide if your child would benefit from special education, and what services would be best.
