See if your family member can get supports at work
It looks like your family member already has a job. That's great!
They may be able to get a service calledsupported employment. This can help them keep up with the tasks they need to do at work.
What is supported employment?
It's a service that gives your family member support while they're working. This could be a job coach who is there to answer questions if your family member gets stuck. Or it could be a program where a group of people work together on the same task.
