You don't have to do this alone!

There are many organizations in Massachusetts that offer vocational services and supports for both employers and employees.

They can help you will all of these things:

  • Finding employees with the right skills for the job

  • Training them for the job

  • Providing job coaching during the first few weeks, or sometimes longer

  • Giving your company guidance on providing accommodations

  • Handling issues like an employee needing extra support or not working out

  • Training your existing employees in diversity & inclusion sensitivity

  • Helping you with legal questions

How to choose an agency

Ask these questions to choose one that best fits your needs:

  • Do they provide full-time or part-time placements?

  • Do they provide on-the-job training and supports like a job coach?

  • What is the agency's mission - and does it align with your own?

  • What type of training does they offer employers?

  • Does the agency work with state and local vocational rehabilitation offices?
